Our commitment to fair and transparent refund practices

At USMLE Mastery Program LTD, we provide online educational services, live teaching sessions, mentorship, assessments, and access to structured preparation systems.

Because our services are digital and program access, teaching schedules, and academic planning begin shortly after enrollment, refunds are handled under the following policy:

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may only be considered if:

  • The student has made a duplicate payment
  • The student was charged incorrectly due to a technical error
  • The program has not yet started and no access, onboarding, materials, or support has been provided

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued once:

  • The student has been onboarded
  • The student has received access to the program, sessions, WhatsApp group, recordings, library, or academic support
  • The student has attended any live session
  • The student has received study planning, mentorship, or assessments

To request a refund, students must contact us at:

  • * Email used during enrollment
  • * Payment date
  • * Reason for request

All requests are reviewed individually. If approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Chargebacks / Disputes

If a student experiences any billing issue, they must contact us first so we can review and attempt to resolve the matter promptly.
