Cancellation Policy
Guidelines for program cancellation requests
Students may request cancellation of future participation in the program by contacting us directly.
Before Program Start
If a student wishes to cancel before the program begins and before any access, onboarding, planning, or support has been provided, the request may be reviewed under our Refund Policy.
After Program Start
Once the program has started, cancellation will stop future participation, but it does not automatically entitle the student to a refund, especially where access, sessions, support, or academic resources have already been provided.

All cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We recommend contacting us as early as possible if you are considering cancellation.
